Spring Offer — Terms
The full conditions of our Spring Offer on standard Timber Grain Cladding.
- Offer period: 30 August 2026 to 5pm Sunday 6 September 2026 (NZST).
- Available on new orders only. Not available on existing orders, orders already placed, or previous purchases.
- One per customer.
- Covers the standard Timber Grain Cladding for the unit type ordered: Studio / DesignerPod $1,500; 20ft Expander $2,000; 30ft Expander and The Sanctuary $2,750; 40ft Expander $3,500. All values GST inclusive and are our normal published prices.
- Upgrades beyond the standard Timber Grain Cladding are charged at the difference.
- Luxe Series units already include Timber Grain Cladding as standard and are not eligible.
- A deposit must be paid within 30 days of the quote being issued for the offer to apply.
- No cash alternative and the offer cannot be exchanged for a discount on any other item.
- SGW Capital Limited T/A Expanders reserves the right to correct obvious errors. All other terms of trade apply.
