Canterbury has more cheap imported cabins on the market than anywhere else in New Zealand, and the quality gap between them is not obvious in photos. Almost every customer who visits our Belfast yard has already viewed a competitor's unit, and the comparison is the reason they buy from us: wall thickness, joinery, floor rigidity and cabinetry hardware are things you can only judge standing inside.

We keep units set up and expanded on site so you can walk through, open cupboards, test the sliding doors and check the bathroom fit-out before committing to anything.

Because our buildings travel folded at standard container dimensions, delivery works on ordinary container and HIAB transport — no oversize permits or pilot vehicles. That covers most Canterbury sites easily, including rural blocks and high-country access that conventional transportable homes get quoted out of.

We deliver regularly to Selwyn, Waimakariri, Banks Peninsula, Ashburton, Timaru, the Mackenzie, Otago, Southland, Nelson, Marlborough and the West Coast.

Christchurch City Council, Selwyn and Waimakariri each apply their own planning rules on minor residential units, setbacks and site coverage. Structural and specification documents for consent applications are available for every model — just ask when you request a quote.
