All buildings fold or ship within a standard container footprint, so they can be craned, transported and relocated between sites. Delivery is nationwide from Christchurch and Auckland, with a 3-year structural warranty on Expanders® units.
Portable buildings that actually relocate
A portable building is only portable if moving it is cheap. Ours fold back down to a standard 20ft, 30ft or 40ft container footprint, which means standard HIAB and container transport rates apply — no oversize permits, no pilot vehicles, no specialist house-moving contractor.
That makes them a genuine fit for staged projects: put the unit on site one, fold it, move it to site two.
Site offices and worker accommodation
The 20ft open-plan and multi-bedroom Expanders® are widely used for crew accommodation on rural and infrastructure projects, where the alternative is paying motel rates for months. A 20ft 4-bed unit sleeps a full crew and pays for itself quickly against accommodation allowances.
